RTCC Tee Time Policy

  RTCC will begin charging members who do not cancel their tee times and/or book for four players, but fewer than four players show up. You will be notified by email on your first two infractions. After two violations, a cart fee will be applied to your account for each unoccupied player's spot. This policy aims to maximize tee times and allow all members to play.

Cancel a tee time 24 hours ahead to avoid charges for no call/no show. If you booked your tee time online, you could also cancel it online outside of the 24-hour cancellation window.
